You may use Tatvic Anomaly Detection to setup anomaly alerts for your Google Analytics account or for the accounts that you have authorized access. Please note that Google Analytics is the trademark of Google, Inc. and it is not affiliated with Tatvic Anomaly Detection. Google, Inc. accepts no responsibility, liability and does not provide support to individuals choosing to use this system/tool. You must not:
1. Alter, merge, adapt, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Tatvic Anomaly Detection
2. Access the system/tool with any automated software program unless you have been granted permission in written consent from Tatvic Analytics Private Limited
You acknowledge and agree that except for the rights expressly granted above, all other rights, title, and interest in and to the system/tool, including any and all patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, intellectual and industrial property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of Tatvic Analytics Private Limited. You are not authorized to use the Tatvic Anomaly Detection name or any of its trademarks in any manner whatsoever, absent prior written approval from Tatvic Analytics Private Limited.

The systems/tools are provided as is, without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, Tatvic Analytics Private Limited explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement.
Tatvic Analytics Private Limited makes no warranty that the systems/tools or interface will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Tatvic Analytics Private Limited makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any data or information obtained through the systems/tools or interface.
You understand and agree that Tatvic Analytics Private Limited is not responsible for the functionality of Google Analytics or interface.
Termination
If you violate any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the system/tool will automatically terminate.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tatvic Analytics Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees), arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
Tatvic Analytics Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the systems/tools, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not Tatvic Analytics Private Limited has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Right to use Logo
You agree to let Tatvic use your organization’s logo in Tatvic’s customer list, marketing material, case studies and at other places on its website including but not limited to www.tatvic.com
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Govt. of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action arising under these Terms of Use or related thereto will be the state and federal courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and each of the parties hereto waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Modification of Terms of use of System/Tool
Tatvic Analytics Private Limited reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Any new features or enhancements to the current system/tool shall be subject to the Terms of use. Continued use of the system/tool after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
